Regulation of the Minister of Railways, in agreement with the President of the Main Land Office, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Industry and Trade, concerning the application of tariff concessions and all possible facilities in railway transport for families, property, livestock, and building materials of farmers relocating from their current residences for settlement purposes to lands acquired from the parcelling of manor estates in other parts of the State.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Kolei Żelaznych w porozumieniu z Prezesem Głównego Urzędu Ziemskiego, Ministrem Skarbu i Ministrem Przemysłu i Handlu w przedmiocie stosowania ulg taryfowych i wszelkich możliwych ułatwień w przewozie kolejami żelaznemi dla rodzin, mienia, inwentarzy i materjałów budowlanych rolników, przenoszących się z dotychczasowych swych siedzib w celach osadniczych na nabyte z parcelacji obszarów dworskich grunta w innych częściach Państwa.
