Regulation of the Minister of Railways on shortening the time for loading and unloading shipments, and increasing demurrage charges on Polish State Railways in Lesser Poland and Silesia, as well as on amending certain provisions of the "Temporary Tariff for the Warsaw and Radom Districts" throughout its area of application, and certain provisions of the Austrian traffic regulations and the Austro-Hungarian and Bosnian-Herzegovinian Goods Tariff Part I, Sections A and B.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Kolei Żelaznych w sprawie skrócenia terminu do załadowania i wyładowania przesyłek, oraz podwyższenia postojowego na Polskich Kolejach Państwowych w Małopolsce i na Śląsku, jak również w sprawie zmiany niektórych przepisów "Tymczasowej Taryfy dla Okręgów Warszawskiego i Radomskiego" na całym obszarze jej zastosowania, oraz niektórych przepisów austrjackiego regulaminu ruchu i austrjacko-węgierskiej i bośniacko-hercegowińskiej taryfy towarowej część I, dział A i B.
