Regulation of the Minister of Military Affairs, issued in agreement with the Minister of the Interior, concerning an additional military medical examination of Polish male citizens born in the years 1885-1901 inclusive, who by January 10, 1922, had not exercised their right of option for the German state.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wojskowych wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Spraw Wewnętrznych w przedmiocie dodatkowego przeglądu wojskowo-lekarskiego obywateli polskich, płci męskiej, ur. w 1885-1901 latach włącznie, którzy do dnia 10 stycznia 1922 r. z przysługującego im prawa opcji na rzecz państwa niemieckiego nie skorzystali.
