Regulation of the Minister of the Interior, in agreement with the Minister of Military Affairs and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, of April 22, 1923, concerning the amendment of the executive regulation to the decree of the Council of State Defense of August 11, 1920, regarding the loss of Polish citizenship due to failure to fulfill military service obligations.
