Rozporządzenie Ministra Robót Publicznych z dnia 20 maja 1923 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami Spraw Wewnętrznych, Przemysłu i Handlu oraz Kolei Żelaznych w sprawie udzielania uprawnień rządowych na wytwarzanie, przetwarzanie, przesyłanie i rozdzielanie energji elektrycznej.
