Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury of December 27, 1926, issued concerning §§ 8-12 in agreement with the Minister of Justice, for the purpose of implementing, in the scope of stamp duties, the Regulation of the President of the Republic of December 10, 1926, on collecting in 1927 an extraordinary 10% surcharge on direct taxes, indirect taxes, stamp duties, inheritance and gift tax, as well as on paid or compulsorily collected arrears of the aforementioned levies.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Skarbu z dnia 27 grudnia 1926 r. wydane co do §§8-12 w porozumieniu z Ministrem Sprawiedliwości, celem wykonania w zakresie opłat stemplowych rozporządzenia Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej z dnia 10 grudnia 1926 r. w sprawie pobierania w roku 1927 nadzwyczajnego 10%-owego dodatku do podatków bezpośrednich, podatków pośrednich, opłat stemplowych, podatku spadkowego i od darowizn, jako też do wpłacanych, względnie przymusowego ściągania zaległości wyżej wymienionych danin.
