Regulation of the Minister of Communications of 9 October 1928, issued in agreement with the Ministers of: Justice, Industry and Trade, and Agriculture, concerning the "Regulations for the carriage of passengers, luggage and express consignments on railways" and the "Regulations for the carriage of goods consignments on railways".
Rozporządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 9 października 1928 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Sprawiedliwości, Przemysłu i Handlu oraz Rolnictwa w przedmiocie "Regulaminu przewozu osób, bagażu i przesyłek ekspresowych na kolejach żelaznych" oraz "Regulaminu przewozu przesyłek towarowych na kolejach żelaznych".
