Government Declaration of December 7, 1928, concerning the ratification by the Governments of Chile, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Finland, France, Spain, India, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and Italy of the international convention on weekly rest in industrial undertakings, adopted as a draft on November 17, 1921, in Geneva at the General Conference of the International Labour Organisation of the League of Nations.
