Regulation of the Minister of Military Affairs of March 16, 1930, issued in agreement with the Ministers of: the Interior, Foreign Affairs, the Treasury, Justice, Religious Denominations and Public Enlightenment, Agriculture, Industry and Trade, Communication, and Labour and Social Welfare, concerning the implementation of the Law of May 23, 1924, on the universal obligation of military service, amended and supplemented by the Decree of the President of the Republic of January 11, 1928.
