Government Declaration of September 3, 1930, concerning the ratification by Roumania, the British Empire, Siam, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, the Netherlands, Czechoslovakia, Austria, Switzerland, Albania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Luxembourg, Uruguay, Salvador, and Lithuania of the Protocol, signed in Geneva on June 14, 1923, concerning an amendment to Article 393 of the Treaty of Peace, signed in Versailles on June 28, 1919, and to the corresponding articles of other peace treaties.
