Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare of August 14, 1930, issued in agreement with the Minister of Industry and Trade and the Minister of Religious Denominations and Public Education, defining, within the scope of employment contracts, the conditions of practice required for the classification of shop and bookshop sales assistants and clerks as intellectual employees, and the preferential conditions for such classification.
