Law of February 3, 1931, concerning the ratification of: 1) the Commercial Convention between the Republic of Poland and France, signed in Paris on April 24, 1929, together with the attached lists of goods A, B, C, D, the Signing Protocol, and the Annex to Article 15 of the Convention, and 2) the notes exchanged on January 6 and 16, 1930, between the Polish and French Governments concerning the postponement of the application of the provisions of Article 22 of the above-mentioned Commercial Convention.

Ustawa z dnia 3 lutego 1931 r. w sprawie ratyfikacji: 1) konwencji handlowej między Rzecząpospolitą Polską a Francją, podpisanej w Paryżu dnia 24 kwietnia 1929 r. wraz z dołączonemi do niej listami towarów A, B, C, D, protokółem podpisania i załącznikiem do art. 15 konwencji, oraz 2) not, wymienionych 6 i 16 stycznia 1930 r. pomiędzy Rządem Polskim a Francuskim w sprawie odroczenia stosowania postanowienia art. 22 powyższej konwencji handlowej.
