Regulation of the Minister of Communication of April 5, 1932, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Military Affairs, Internal Affairs, and, with regard to §§ 1-41 and §§ 50-65, also in agreement with the Minister of Industry and Trade, on the state register of aircraft, the method of their registration, airworthiness examination, and the procedure for issuing documents and logbooks for these aircraft, on the system of marking aircraft and placing marks on them, and on the establishment and maintenance of logbooks.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 5 kwietnia 1932 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Spraw Wojskowych, Spraw Wewnętrznych, a co do §§ 1-41 oraz §§ 50-65 również w porozumieniu z Ministrem Przemysłu i Handlu o rejestrze państwowym statków powietrznych, o sposobie ich rejestracji, o badaniu zdolności do lotu, oraz o trybie wydawania dokumentów i ksiąg pokładowych tych statków, o systemie znaczenia statków powietrznych i umieszczania znaków na nich oraz o zakładaniu i prowadzeniu ksiąg pokładowych.
