Government Declaration of August 13, 1932, concerning the exchange of instruments of ratification of the agreement between the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Austria, concerning the settlement of certain pre-war Austro-Hungarian debts, signed in The Hague on January 20, 1930, and of notes exchanged on the same day, January 20, 1930, between the Chairman of the Polish Delegation and the Chancellor of Austria: 1) concerning the implementation of the Roman archival convention of April 6, 1922, the implementation of Article 215 of the Treaty of Peace of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, and 2) concerning the payment by Poland of the sum of 335,000 Austrian shillings.

Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 13 sierpnia 1932 r. w sprawie wymiany dokumentów ratyfikacyjnych układu między Rzecząpospolitą Polską a Republiką Austrjacką, dotyczącego uregulowania niektórych przedwojennych długów austrjacko-węgierskich, podpisanego w Hadze dnia 20 stycznia 1930 r. oraz not, wymienionych tegoż dnia 20 stycznia 1930 r. między Przewodniczącym Delegacji Polskiej a Kanclerzem Austrji: 1) w sprawie wykonania konwencji archiwalnej rzymskiej z dnia 6 kwietnia 1922 r., wykonania art. 215 Traktatu Pokoju w St. Germain-en-Laye oraz 2) w sprawie wypłacenia przez Polskę sumy 335.000 szylingów austrjackich.
