Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury of February 10, 1932, supplementing and amending the Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury of June 24, 1929, on establishing the procedure and method of conversion of mortgage bonds of the former Russian land banks: Kyiv, Moscow, Petersburg-Tula, and Poltava, as well as obligations of the former Zhytomyr Municipal Credit Society.
