Government Declaration of September 30, 1933, concerning the exchange of ratification documents of the agreement between Poland and Germany in the form of an exchange of notes of December 15, 1931, on the application of Title I of the Polish-German convention of June 22, 1922, concerning the Upper Silesian mines, to the territories which are the subject of the agreement between the Polish State Treasury and Preussische Bergwerks-und-Hutten-Aktiengesellschaft of July 18, 1931.
