Regulation of the Minister of Communications of February 15, 1934, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Military Affairs and the Interior, and as regards § 6 point 1 letter a), § 17 point 2, § 66 letters b and c also in agreement with the Minister of the Treasury, and as regards § 6 point 1 letter b) and § 17 point 2 also in agreement with the Minister of Social Welfare, and finally as regards § 66 letter c) in agreement with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Industry and Trade - on the division of airports into categories and on the conditions for establishing, equipping and using airports and auxiliary facilities.
