Government Declaration of 17 June 1935 on the exchange of instruments of ratification: 1) Polish-Persian Protocol, signed in Tehran on 22 May 1934, amending the Protocol signed in Tehran on 14 April 1928, concerning the replacement by a new text of the former text of Article VI of the Commercial Convention between Poland and Persia of 19 March 1927; 2) Agreement in the form of Notes exchanged in Tehran on 22 May 1934 between the Polish Government and the Persian Government concerning the Baltic clause.
