International Telecommunication Convention, together with the Telegraph, Telephone, Radiocommunication Regulations and related annexes, signed in Madrid on December 9-10, 1932 (ratified pursuant to the Act of March 5, 1934).
Międzynarodowa konwencja telekomunikacyjna wraz z regulaminami telegraficznym, telefonicznym, radjokomunikacyjnemi i odnośnemi załącznikami, podpisana w Madrycie w dniach 9-10 grudnia 1932 r. (ratyfikowana zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 5 marca 1934 r.).
