Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wojskowych z dnia 6 kwietnia 1936 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Sprawiedliwości i Skarbu w sprawie wykonania ustawy z dnia 2 kwietnia 1925 r. o potrąceniach z uposażenia i zaopatrzenia emerytalnego osób wojskowych oraz funkcjonarjuszów państwowych w administracji wojskowej.
