Regulation of the Minister of Social Welfare of September 27, 1937, issued in agreement with the Minister of Industry and Trade, on granting the award of the Arbitration Commission of August 3, 1937, universally binding force for all textile industry enterprises in the area of the capital city of Warsaw and the voivodeships of Warsaw, Łódź, and Kielce.
