Regulation of the Ministers of Military Affairs and of the Interior of May 24, 1938, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Social Welfare and of Communications, on performing labor service in 1938 on the basis of Art. 79 of the Law of April 9, 1938, on universal military duty.
