Regulation of the Ministers of Communications and of the Treasury of April 29, 1938, issued in agreement with the Ministers of the Interior, of Foreign Affairs, of Military Affairs, of Industry and Trade, and of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, on the exemption from road surcharge and fees for the State Road Fund of mineral oils, spirits, and benzol intended for the propulsion of motor vehicles of diplomatic missions and professional consular missions of foreign states.
