Regulation of the Ministers of Communications and Finance of January 21, 1938, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Internal Affairs, Military Affairs, Industry and Trade, and Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, on the implementation of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of January 21, 1927, concerning road allowances and fuel taxes for the benefit of the State Road Fund.
