Regulation of the Minister of Social Welfare of January 31, 1938, on the principles of calculating the amount of contributions for insurance against employment accidents and occupational diseases and the conditions for reducing or increasing these contributions, issued within the scope of reducing or increasing contributions in agreement with the Minister of Industry and Trade, and for military enterprises - with the Minister of Military Affairs, and for agricultural holdings - with the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Opieki Społecznej z dnia 31 stycznia 1938 r. o zasadach obliczania wysokości składek za ubezpieczenie od wypadków w zatrudnieniu i chorób zawodowych oraz warunkach obniżania lub podwyższania tych składek, wydane w zakresie obniżania lub podwyższania składek w porozumieniu z Ministrem Przemysłu i Handlu oraz co do przedsiębiorstw wojskowych - z Ministrem Spraw Wojskowych, a co do gospodarstw rolnych - z Ministrem Rolnictwa i Reform Rolnych.
