Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury of February 21, 1939, issued in agreement with the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, on establishing the general quota of spirits for the three-year period 1939/40, 1940/41, and 1941/42 for agricultural distilleries, on the division of this quota among individual voivodeships in the 1939/40 campaign, and on establishing for the aforementioned three-year period the highest and lowest quota of spirits that a single distillery may possess.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Skarbu z dnia 21 lutego 1939 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Rolnictwa i Reform Rolnych o ustaleniu ogólnego kontyngentu odpędu na trzechlecie 1939/40, 1940/41 i 1941/42 dla gorzelni rolniczych, o podziale tego kontyngentu na poszczególne województwa w kampanii 1939/40 oraz o ustaleniu na wspomniane wyżej trzechlecie najwyższego i najniższego kontyngentu odpędu, jaki może posiadać jedna gorzelnia.
