Regulation of the Head of the Ministry of Postal and Telegraphic Communications of September 18, 1944, issued in agreement with the Head of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance and the Head of the Ministry of Public Administration, concerning postal fees for letter mail of state authorities and offices.
