Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 11 April 1946, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Public Administration, Public Security, Treasury, Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, Forestry, Industry, Shipping and Foreign Trade, Supply and Trade, Communications, Posts and Telegraphs, and Recovered Territories, on the determination of persons whose enterprises are transferred to State ownership.
