Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 11 April 1946, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Treasury, Industry, Supply and Trade, Shipping and Foreign Trade, and Communications, on the determination of the procedure for disclosing in land and mortgage registers, commercial registers, and other public registers the transfer of enterprises, real estate, and mortgaged rights to State ownership and to legal persons of public law.
