Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 5 marca 1947 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Skarbu, Komunikacji, Poczt i Telegrafów, Leśnictwa, Administracji Publicznej oraz Ziem Odzyskanych o pomocy leczniczej dla osób, pobierających zaopatrzenie emerytalne lub renty.
