Regulation of the Minister of Industry and Trade of August 22, 1947, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Public Administration and Recovered Territories, on the jurisdiction of industrial authorities and the procedure and conditions for granting permits to conduct commercial enterprises and professionally perform commercial activities.
