Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury of December 17, 1947, issued in agreement with the Ministers of the Recovered Territories and Public Administration, on the principles of repayment of State Treasury receivables for non-agricultural property transferred in the area of the Recovered Territories and the former Free City of Gdańsk.
