Regulation of the Minister of Public Administration of April 14, 1949, concerning the change of borders and the establishment of rural communes in the poviats: Tarnobrzeg, Jasło, Lubaczów, Dębica, Kolbuszowa, Gorlice of the Rzeszów Voivodeship, and in the poviats: Pińczów of the Kielce Voivodeship, Wysoko-Mazowieckie of the Białystok Voivodeship, and Radzymin of the Warsaw Voivodeship.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Administracji Publicznej z dnia 14 kwietnia 1949 r. w sprawie zmiany granic i utworzenia gmin wiejskich w powiatach: tarnobrzeskim, jasielskim, lubaczowskim, dębickim, kolbuszowskim, gorlickim województwa rzeszowskiego oraz w powiatach: pińczowskim województwa kieleckiego, wysoko-mazowieckim województwa białostockiego i radzymińskim województwa warszawskiego.
