Regulation of the Ministers of Internal Trade, Mining, Heavy Industry, Light Industry, Agricultural and Food Industry, and Foreign Trade of 1 July 1950 on the method of preparing handover protocols, the principles and procedure for valuing assets subject to transfer by cooperative centers to state-cooperative enterprises, and the scope of liability for debts encumbering the transferred assets.
