Government declaration of September 27, 1954, on the accession of Iraq to the Protocol signed in Paris on November 19, 1948, placing under international control certain narcotic drugs not covered by the Convention of July 13, 1931, for the Limitation of the Manufacture and the Regulation of the Distribution of Narcotic Drugs, as amended by the Protocol signed at Lake Success on December 11, 1946.

Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 27 września 1954 r. w sprawie przystąpienia Iraku do Protokołu, podpisanego w Paryżu dnia 19 listopada 1948 r., umieszczającego pod kontrolą międzynarodową pewne środki odurzające nie objęte Konwencją z dnia 13 lipca 1931 r. o ograniczeniu fabrykacji i uregulowaniu podziału środków odurzających, zmienioną Protokołem, podpisanym w Lake Success dnia 11 grudnia 1946 r.
