Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 30 grudnia 1959 r. w sprawie przystąpienia Australii i Kuwejtu do Międzynarodowej Konwencji o bezpieczeństwie życia na morzu, podpisanej w Londynie dnia 10 czerwca 1948 r., oraz rozciągnięcia mocy obowiązującej tej Konwencji na Portugalskie Terytoria Zamorskie.
