Regulation of the Ministers of Justice and Finance of April 15, 1961, on determining the principles and method of paying costs related to the execution of a prosecutor's or court's decision on securing penalties and compensation claims, and costs related to the execution of asset forfeiture.
Rozporządzenie Ministrów Sprawiedliwości oraz Finansów z dnia 15 kwietnia 1961 r. w sprawie określenia zasad i sposobu uiszczania kosztów związanych z wykonaniem postanowienia prokuratora lub sądu o zabezpieczeniu kar i roszczeń odszkodowawczych oraz kosztów związanych z wykonywaniem przepadku majątku.
