Regulation of the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Foreign Affairs of May 3, 1961, amending the regulation of March 4, 1960, concerning the authorities competent to issue passports, passport inserts for identity cards, and travel documents in the country, and to make changes and renew their validity, as well as concerning the principles and procedure in these matters.

Rozporządzenie Ministrów Spraw Wewnętrznych i Spraw Zagranicznych z dnia 3 maja 1961 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie z dnia 4 marca 1960 r. w sprawie organów właściwych do wydawania w kraju paszportów, wkładek paszportowych do dowodów osobistych i dokumentów podróży oraz do czynienia w nich zmian i wznawiania ich ważności, jak również w sprawie zasad i trybu postępowania w tych sprawach.
