Regulation of the Council of Ministers of January 3, 1963, on compensation for crops and cultivation damaged as a result of mining operations, for irreparable damage to agricultural and forest land, and on the method of paying monetary compensation for mining damages.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 3 stycznia 1963 r. w sprawie odszkodowań za uszkodzone wskutek robót górniczych zasiewy i uprawy, za nie dające się usunąć uszkodzenia gruntów rolnych i leśnych oraz w sprawie sposobu wypłaty odszkodowań pieniężnych za szkody górnicze.
