Government statement of September 3, 1964, concerning the participation of a number of states in the Paris Protocol of November 19, 1948, placing certain narcotic drugs not covered by the Convention of July 13, 1931, for the Limitation of the Manufacture and the Regulation of the Distribution of Narcotic Drugs, as amended by the Protocol signed at Lake Success on December 11, 1946, under international control.

Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 3 września 1964 r. w sprawie uczestnictwa szeregu państw w Protokole paryskim z dnia 19 listopada 1948 r. umieszczającym pod kontrolą międzynarodową pewne środki odurzające nie objęte Konwencją z dnia 13 lipca 1931 r. o ograniczeniu fabrykacji i uregulowaniu podziału środków odurzających, zmienioną Protokołem podpisanym w Lake Success dnia 11 grudnia 1946 r.
