Rozporządzenie Przewodniczącego Komitetu Pracy i Płac z dnia 4 września 1965 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie podstawy wymiaru składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne, świadczeń z ubezpieczeń społecznych i rent dla członków spółdzielni pracy zatrudnionych w niektórych zakładach usługowych.
