Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of May 5, 1972, on defining offenses for which officers of certain bodies supervised by the Minister of Internal Affairs are authorized to impose fines by way of penalty tickets, and on the principles and method of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 5 maja 1972 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze niektórych organów podlegających nadzorowi Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
