Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 18 sierpnia 1973 r. w sprawie przyjęcia przez Koreańską Republikę Ludowo-Demokratyczną Konstytucji Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia, podpisanej w Nowym Jorku dnia 22 lipca 1946 r., zmienionej poprawkami przyjętymi w Genewie dnia 28 maja 1959 r. na dwunastym Światowym Zgromadzeniu Zdrowia.
