Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of March 23, 1976, on the control of fire protection status, the definition of offenses for which members of volunteer fire brigades are authorized to impose fines by means of penalty tickets, and the principles and method of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 23 marca 1976 r. w sprawie kontroli stanu ochrony przeciwpożarowej, określenia wykroczeń, za które członkowie ochotniczych straży pożarnych są upoważnieni do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
