Regulation of the Council of Ministers of June 2, 1978 on the application of mining law to the extraction of minerals not listed in this law and on the extraction of minerals by the landowner for own needs.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 2 czerwca 1978 r. w sprawie objęcia przepisami prawa górniczego wydobywania kopalin nie wymienionych w tym prawie oraz w sprawie wydobywania kopalin przez posiadacza gruntu na własne potrzeby.
