Regulation of the Minister of Administration, Land Management and Environmental Protection of October 13, 1981 on the change of borders of the city of Szczawnica-Krościenko in the Nowy Sącz Voivodeship and the establishment, change of borders and names of certain communes, as well as the determination of seats of communal authorities and state administration in the voivodeships: Biała Podlaska, Częstochowa, Gdańsk, Katowice, Lublin, Nowy Sącz, Ostrołęka, Rzeszów, Tarnobrzeg, Tarnów, Włocławek, Wrocław and Zamość.
