Regulation of the Ministers of Justice and National Defense of November 19, 1983 on the determination of the procedure for registering persons finally convicted and the method of collecting data concerning these persons in criminal proceedings, as well as the bodies obliged to perform these activities.
Rozporządzenie Ministrów Sprawiedliwości i Obrony Narodowej z dnia 19 listopada 1983 r. w sprawie określenia trybu rejestracji osób prawomocnie skazanych oraz sposobu zbierania w postępowaniu karnym danych dotyczących tych osób, jak również organów obowiązanych do wykonywania tych czynności.
