Rozporządzenie Ministrów Obrony Narodowej i Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 8 sierpnia 1988 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wojskowego obowiązku meldunkowego oraz zezwoleń na pobyt czasowy za granicą i zezwoleń na zmianę miejsca pobytu przez osoby podlegające obowiązkowi służby wojskowej.
