Regulation of the Council of Ministers of August 22, 1989 amending the regulation on compensation for irreparable damage to agricultural and forest land, for crops and cultivation damaged as a result of mining operations, and on the method of paying monetary compensation for mining damages.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 22 sierpnia 1989 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie odszkodowań za nie dające się usunąć uszkodzenia gruntów rolnych i leśnych, za uszkodzone wskutek robót górniczych zasiewy i uprawy oraz w sprawie sposobu wypłaty odszkodowań pieniężnych za szkody górnicze.
