Regulation of the Minister of Foreign Economic Cooperation of November 17, 1989 amending the regulation on customs duties and permits for goods imported and exported in non-commercial commodity trade with foreign countries, and on the principles of tariff classification of these goods.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Współpracy Gospodarczej z Zagranicą z dnia 17 listopada 1989 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie ceł i pozwoleń na towary przywożone i na towary wywożone w niehandlowym obrocie towarowym z zagranicą oraz zasad klasyfikacji taryfowej tych towarów.
